Description
The Franchise Tax Board (FTB) of California is soliciting bids for American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter and real-time captioning services. These services are intended to support deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. The majority of services will be provided at the FTB's Central Campus in Sacramento, California, with potential needs at other FTB locations throughout the state. Qualified bidders must possess relevant certifications, such as RID for ASL interpreters and NCRA or CART certifications for real-time captioners. The contract period is expected to be from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2028.
