Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to procure Interpretation and Translation Services to be provided on an as-needed basis. These services are required to support HACLA's commercial buildings, public housing, and other developments within Los Angeles County. The services include the conversion of written material from one language to another (translation) and the conversion of oral communication from one language to another (interpretation). HACLA intends to contract with a qualified provider for a total period of up to five years, comprising a one-year base contract with four one-year options. Proposals will be evaluated based on best value, considering technical factors and pricing.
