Description
SUNY Delhi is procuring Sign Language Services for a Deaf student enrolled in their Residential Construction Program. The services are required to begin on August 23, 2026, for Welcome Week and orientation, continuing through two full academic semesters (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027), totaling approximately 32 weeks. The student's schedule requires around 43 hours of interpreter services per week. Vendors are requested to provide quotes for hourly rates, indicating the estimated number of interpreters needed and any additional charges for travel, tolls, or other expenses. Holiday rates for observed holidays such as Labor Day, Election Day, Veterans Day, MLK Day, and Presidents Day should also be specified. A background check report is preferred. This procurement is limited to New York State businesses certified as Minority/Women Business Enterprises (MWBE), with a total MWBE goal of 100%.
