Description
The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration Purchasing, on behalf of the West Virginia Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (WVCDHH), is soliciting bids to establish an open-end contract for multiple in-person American Sign Language-English interpreters. The contract covers six regions across the state, with services required during normal business hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) and after hours/weekends. Interpreters must be certified or screened at a level recognized by the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) and/or the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID), and must be registered with the West Virginia Registry of Interpreters (WVRI). The contract will be awarded progressively by region to the lowest responsible bidder, with multiple awards possible.
