Description
The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for manufacturer-authorized UltraCare Continuous Support Agreement services for an MGC Diagnostics Platinum Elite DX RTD system assigned to a military hospital pulmonology department. The five-year structure includes one base year and four option years, from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. Required services include corrective and preventive maintenance, one annual preventive-maintenance inspection and recertification per coverage year, calibration validation, quality-control verification, full parts coverage for remedial maintenance, onsite labor and travel, software updates and service packs, remote and priority telephone technical support, after-hours emergency support, and replacement-parts delivery when available. Service response is required within 24 to 48 hours after a service request. Interested vendors challenging the sole-source basis must submit a capability statement containing management and technical data and cost information, limited to six 8.5-by-11-inch pages using at least 10-point font.
