Description
The project involves the installation of a 99.9 MMBtu/hr steam boiler equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) emissions controls, accessory to an existing renewable fuels refinery located in the M-3 PD (Heavy Industrial Precise Development Combining) zone district. The proposal is a ministerial project exempt from CEQA under Section 15268.
