Description
The Superior Court of California, County of Kern is soliciting quotes for specified Pure Storage products and services. The requirement includes three-year support subscription renewals for two installed arrays, upgraded controller hardware for those arrays, a three-year Pure Storage Evergreen Forever subscription extended service agreement for a third array, and one-time on-site installation and activation services for the controller upgrades. No equivalent manufacturers are acceptable. The Court intends to award a three-year purchasing contract and issue purchase orders annually. Vendors must complete and sign the bid request, provide pricing, submit a California seller's permit, complete the Payee Data Record, and complete Appendix A regarding generative artificial intelligence contract provisions. Email submissions must use PDF attachments; ZIP attachments will be blocked. Award is based on the lowest responsive bid.
