Description
The State of Ohio is soliciting an MBE set-aside quote for assessment and repair of the underfloor radiant heat system at the Defense Supply Center Columbus. The scope is supported by a Statement of Work and an existing radiant heating assessment report; bidders should review the solicitation documents and attend the scheduled site visit if appropriate. Responses must be submitted online and include an itemized quote on company letterhead or business form in the questionnaire section, along with a completed and signed Bidder Certification. Questions must be submitted as inquiries through the procurement site rather than by email. The solicitation incorporates Ohio standard terms and conditions and other listed attachments.
