Description
Anderson School District Two is soliciting bids for the HVAC replacement at Belton Elementary School. The work includes removal of existing vertical heat pump units, wall sleeves, exterior louvers, and plenum extensions. New vertical heat pump units will be installed in the same locations with new wall sleeves, louvers, and rear wall side trim pieces. The contractor must also remove a portion of soffit, cut and cap existing ductwork, and remove existing supply grilles. New controllers with space humidity sensors will be installed on each unit for dehumidification control. All removed equipment must be properly disposed of.
