Description
The City of Oskaloosa is selling surplus equipment in 14 bid items, including a John Deere tractor, crack router, mowers, generators, air compressors, a pickup box, fiberglass water tank, dovetail trailer, oil tank, truckbed toolbox, stop lights, light poles, and an HP ProBook notebook computer. Several items are nonoperational, damaged, untested, or sold for scrap. Each item will be awarded independently to the highest bidder, and all equipment is sold as-is without city warranties. Bidders must submit the completed bid sheet, inspect items themselves, execute the required release before removing purchased equipment, provide payment by the stated deadline, and remove all equipment using their own labor, equipment, and materials. Electronic bids are not accepted; bids must be sealed and delivered to the City Clerk.
