Description
Wayne Township is soliciting vendors for open-ended contracts to furnish and deliver new, unused vehicle and equipment parts for its fleet. Parts must be designed, manufactured, or approved by the original equipment manufacturer and supplied through an approved dealer or distribution network; bidders must provide proof of authorized dealer/distributor status. The solicitation covers numerous vehicle and equipment makes and awards may be made by line item to multiple vendors. The contract provides for zero to 50 orders per vendor per contract year, with a total contract amount not to exceed $60,000 per contract year across awarded categories and vendors. Deliveries are to be made to the Township Department of Public Works within three business days of a purchase order, during Township business hours, with delivery charges included in the bid pricing. The initial term runs from November 5, 2026, through October 7, 2028, with up to two additional one-year extensions.
