Description
The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area (NPRSA) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide levy consulting services for the proposed Northshore Regional Recreation Center. The consultant will assist in evaluating, developing, and implementing a funding strategy, including voter research, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, election strategy, and recommendations regarding potential levy and/or bond ballot measures. The goal is to prepare for a potential November 2027 ballot measure. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2026, and proposals are due by September 16, 2026.
