NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received by the Snohomish County Purchasing Division for the following: Request for Proposal No. RFP-26-0791BC AI Governance Solution PROPOSALS DUE: October 1, 2026, Not later than 1:00 p.m., Pacific Local Time. Late submittals will not be accepted. Complete specifications may be downloaded from: https://snoco.procureware.com/Bids Proposals must be delivered before the due date & time to: 1. Electronic Submittal is preferred. If submitting an electronic proposal, the first page of the Submittal Packet shall be digitally signed by an authorized representative of the proposers firm. For easy identification, please list the RFP number in the subject line of the email. 2. If submitting hard copy proposal, the first page of the Submittal Packet shall be signed with an original signature by an authorized representative of the proposers firm. Note: Hand delivered submittals will not be accepted at any County location other than the County Purchasing Division. Please call 425-388-3344 for directions. Snohomish County, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
