Description
Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is soliciting bids for the complete demolition of a 6,000-square-foot office/warehouse building and carport. The work includes providing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and incidentals; abating and disposing of hazardous building materials; disposing of demolition debris; and removing and backfilling building foundations. Bids must be submitted electronically through PublicPurchase.com by September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. local time. Each bid must include bid security equal to 5% of the total bid amount, excluding state and local sales tax. The District encourages qualified Washington State-certified Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises to obtain the bidding documents and submit bids.
