Description
The U.S. Embassy Tirana seeks a contractor to conduct a nationally representative survey of 1,000 adults in Albania concerning attitudes about domestic and international affairs. The work includes questionnaire development and translation, sampling design, electronic data-collection programming, interviewer and field-supervisor staffing, face-to-face Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI), a complementary Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) component, and four Focus Group Discussions. The contractor must provide fieldwork quality control and monitoring, data cleaning, coding, processing, a finalized weighted statistical database, cross-tabulations, statistical analysis of quantitative and qualitative findings, a comprehensive analytical report with key findings, visualizations, and an executive summary, and a presentation of findings if requested. Quotations must include the proposed methodology and sampling approach, project timeline and work plan, key personnel resumes or curricula vitae, subcontractor identification and qualifications, comparable past-performance references for Albania or the region, and an itemized price proposal with a grand total. The anticipated award is a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
