Description
Export Development Canada (EDC) is seeking a research partner to support its market and customer research program. The program includes flagship initiatives such as the Trade Confidence Index (TCI), a biannual study tracking exporter sentiment; a Brand Tracker monitoring EDC's reputation, relevance, and trust; Customer and Partner Journey Research covering awareness, onboarding, servicing, and renewal; and Employee and Partner Experience Studies. EDC manages most survey fieldwork internally using its enterprise research platform and external sample providers, and seeks partners specializing in data cleaning, weighting, analysis, interpretation, sample and results validation, privacy protection, and storytelling. For qualitative or complex quantitative studies, EDC may engage firms for full-service delivery from design to reporting. The insights support corporate reporting, brand decisions, product development, and performance measurement.
