Description
The Federal Judiciary is seeking providers to offer substance use, mental health, and/or sex offender treatment services, as well as clinical polygraph examinations and reports, for federal defendants and persons under supervision. These services will be provided within the Southern District of Georgia, utilizing U.S. Probation Office facilities in Savannah, Augusta, Brunswick, Statesboro, Dublin, and Waycross. The solicitation is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a base term of twelve months and four potential one-year option periods, not to exceed a total of 60 months. Proposals will be evaluated based on initial offers, considering the lowest cost and technical standpoint, with no opportunity for modification after submission. The Judiciary reserves the right to award to a single offeror, even if multiple are deemed technically acceptable.
