Description

The Western Riverside County Regional Conservation Authority seeks a qualified consultant to conduct a Local Development Mitigation Fee nexus study compliant with Section 66000 et seq. of the California Government Code. The study must assess whether the fees collected from participating permittees remain sufficient to fund implementation of the Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan and whether the fees are reasonably related and roughly proportional to their purpose. The consultant must also identify potential new revenue sources for implementing the plan. The two studies may be combined into a single report. The solicitation is a competitive Request for Proposals with electronic submission and a lump-sum award structure.
