The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center is conducting market research for dockside repairs and alterations to the USCGC Bertholf (WMSL 750) at its homeport in Alameda, California. The anticipated period of performance is from January 5, 2027, to April 2, 2027. The scope of work includes various maintenance and repair tasks such as fire prevention, renewal of boat davits, inspection and testing of incinerators and other equipment, installation of air compressors, preservation and repair of deck coverings, renewal of various valves and hoses, and cleaning and inspection of fuel storage tanks. Interested parties with relevant capabilities are invited to submit company information, including UEID, point of contact, business size, small business certification documentation, a statement of intent to propose as a prime contractor, and past performance information. Responses are due by June 30, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST via email to Mr. William Zittle and Mr. Mark Cap.
