Dredging and Sediment Disposal Services for San Francisco Bay Area Locations

Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice to identify firms capable of performing dredging and sediment disposal work at three U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) locations in the San Francisco Bay Area: Sector San Francisco-Yerba Buena Island, CA; Station Golden Gate Horseshoe Cove-Sausalito, CA; and Station Vallejo-Solano County, CA. The scope of work includes providing all labor, supervision, materials, power, and equipment necessary for dredging and disposing of sediment, adhering to in-water work window limitations and attached specifications, drawings, permits, and reports. The estimated total for the three locations is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction). A solicitation is anticipated in August 2026. Interested vendors are requested to submit information regarding their capabilities, qualifications, and experience, including a statement of intent to bid, evidence of similar project experience with contract details, and proof of bonding capability.
