Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for drydock repair services for the USCGC Willow (WLB 225A) as a total small business set-aside. This is an acquisition of commercial items under FAR Part 12. The anticipated award date is on or by July 10, 2026, with industrial work expected to commence on July 15, 2026, and conclude on November 28, 2026. The place of performance will be at the contractor's facility. The Coast Guard's homeport for the cutter is 1050 Register Street, North Charleston, SC. Vendors are required to submit their quotations by June 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time via electronic mail to Joel.j.mason@uscg.mil and Sandra.a.martinez@uscg.mil. Quotes must be valid for 120 days. Past performance will be evaluated on a pass/fail basis, with a requirement for at least three relevant and recent contracts. Technical capability will also be assessed on a pass/fail basis, requiring documentation of corporate experience and a planning document.
