Description
Brevard County Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting bids from certified marine contractors for the complete demolition of the existing dock and installation of a new dock at Fox Lake Park, located at 4400 Fox Lake Road, Titusville, FL 32796. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and related costs as specified in the design documents and specifications prepared by Addams Engineering dated February 23, 2026. The contractor must secure and monitor the work area, leave the job site clean, comply with all applicable laws and OSHA regulations, submit all materials for approval by the Engineer of Record prior to installation, obtain and pay for all required permits, and submit an as-built survey upon completion. The contractor must have a minimum of three verified similar completed projects in the past two years. The contract term is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion, plus an additional 30 calendar days to Final Completion, for a total of 90 calendar days. The estimated budget is $441,000.00.
