Description
This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for dockside repairs to the United States Coast Guard Cutter USCGC MUNRO (WMSL 418), home-ported in Alameda, CA. The repairs are scheduled for Fiscal Year Quarter 1 of Fiscal Year 27 and will be performed in accordance with the attached specifications. The scope of work includes various ship repair tasks and associated support work, potentially including items not explicitly listed in the initial work items. A comprehensive list of contract line-item numbers, items, quantities, and units of measure is provided in the Price Schedule attachment. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, materials, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities, and other items required to perform the dockside repairs. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for an award. The solicitation includes detailed specifications for each work item, covering areas such as air conditioning plant grooming, side boat davit renewal, folding boom crane biennial maintenance, ship service diesel generator major overhaul, tank cleaning and inspection, and various piping modifications.
