Description
Austin Independent School District is seeking qualified companies, organizations, and individuals to provide district-wide fine arts and creative learning services for PreK–12 students and the broader school community. Potential services include performances, exhibitions, workshops, classes, clinics, private lessons, instructional support, coaching, judging, choreography, music and marching-band design, dance instruction, theater production, audiovisual recording, visiting teaching artists, residencies, teacher professional development, family workshops, and live or virtual educational resources and programs. This is a continuous, multiple-award solicitation. Vendors must submit the Vendor Application, required signed certifications and forms, a description of their experience and qualifications, pricing information, and at least three current client references. Awards are performance-based and run from the date of award through June 30, 2029; there is no guaranteed minimum volume or payment. Services may not begin until a service agreement and purchase order are issued. Vendors whose work involves direct student contact must satisfy applicable Texas criminal-history and fingerprinting requirements. Required insurance includes general liability, sexual-molestation and child-abuse coverage, professional liability, and workers’ compensation; automobile liability is additionally required when transporting district students.
