Description
Northwest Independent School District is soliciting proposals to establish a pre-approved vendor pool for professional fine arts services provided on an as-needed basis. Eligible services include accompanists, choreographers, clinicians, DJ services, judges, private lesson teachers, color guard clinicians, marching band drill writers, music therapy, music performers, pit musicians, percussion arrangers, sound consultants, and other fine arts services. Vendors may submit for one or more service categories and must describe the services offered, provide credentials and a resume or vitae, and submit three references, preferably school districts, including contact information. The district has established service-specific pay ranges, and awards may be made incrementally during the solicitation period. Awarded vendors may be subject to annual criminal-history background checks and fingerprinting requirements for personnel with direct student contact.
