2027 Annual Buy: Art Equipment and Supplies

The Educational Service Unit Coordinating Council Cooperative Purchasing program is soliciting online bids for art equipment and supplies under Section 900 of its 2027 Annual Buy program. Vendors may bid on individual line items or categories, and ESUCC may make multiple awards to the lowest responsible bidders. Products must be established-brand items with publicly accessible manufacturer information and must meet the stated specifications; equivalent products may be offered where permitted. Awarded vendors must provide FOB Destination tailgate delivery to participating Nebraska school districts, educational service units, and members, including participating South Dakota member schools. Vendors must enter pricing and required product information for each line item in the electronic sourcing application. Required product fields include manufacturer, manufacturer part number, supplier part number, and colors when applicable. Product specification sheets or brochures must be submitted when requested, and samples are required only for line items specifically marked as requiring them. A $2,500 bid bond is required, and awarded vendors are subject to a 4% administrative fee on line-item purchases.
