Description
Cedar Hill Independent School District is establishing a multiple-award vendor list for fine arts contracted services. The scope includes adjudication for competitions and performance events; choreography and instruction for dance, drill team, step team, marching band, color guard, and theater; instrumental accompaniment; clinics, sectionals, master classes, and other instructional support; and related scheduling and logistics coordination. The solicitation also includes the supply of costumes, uniforms, performance attire, sheet music, scores, method books, scripts, and other instructional or performance materials. The agreement is for three years, with two successive one-year extensions by mutual consent, for a maximum term of five years. Vendors must provide three references, complete the required online attributes and certifications, and submit the required attachments, including a certificate of insurance, completed W-9, Form 1295, conflict-of-interest form, ACH form, and pre-service affidavit.
