Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for office furniture for 30 rooms at the 704 MUNSS headquarters building. The scope includes furnishing, delivery, installation, assembly, and disposal of packaging waste for executive desks, height-adjustable desks and desk converters, seating, couches, tables, storage cabinets, wardrobes, a reception desk, conference furniture, and tactical gear stands. The revised specifications permit HPL over plywood as an alternative to melamine and require detailed drawings with dimensions and capacities. Electric height adjustment is preferred; manual or crank alternatives are permitted in specified circumstances. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, transportation, installation materials, and disposal services. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90–120 calendar days after award, with installation completed within six weeks. The quotation must include the completed solicitation and amendments, active SAM registration proof and CAGE code, the applicable price schedule, technical product literature limited to 10 pages, a technical plan addressing supply, delivery, installation methods, and timelines, two to four similar office-furniture projects completed or ongoing within the past five years, redacted technical and prior-experience materials, and the required conditional contractor assertion form when applicable. Past performance is evaluated using government systems and customer references and does not need to be submitted separately. Funds are not presently available, and the government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation.
