Description

The U.S. Army is soliciting Base Operating Support master planning augmentation services for the U.S. Army Central Command Engineer Directorate. The contractor will provide personnel and non-personal services supporting facilities and base-camp master planning, engineering and program management, real estate and real property planning, space-utilization analysis, cost estimating, project scheduling, database and records management, technical presentations, meetings, and related deliverables throughout the command’s area of responsibility. The updated Performance Work Statement also identifies standalone options for facility engineering studies and contract services support, including prime-power planning, facility deficiency and upgrade studies, systems engineering, contracting support, cost-benefit analysis, and logistics research. The requirement includes five 12-month service CLINs: Facilities/Base Camp Program Manager, Facilities/Base Camp Master Planner, Real Estate/Real Property Master Planner, Facility Engineer, and Contract Analyst. Work is primarily on-site in the secured USARCENT headquarters building at Shaw Air Force Base, with CONUS and OCONUS travel and on-site support elsewhere in the area of responsibility as requested. The prime contractor must possess and maintain a SECRET facility clearance, and assigned personnel must meet applicable clearance requirements. The opportunity is a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small-business set-aside and is identified as a recompete of incumbent contract W91247-23-F-0036.
