Description
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, permits, and necessary equipment to remove and replace carpet and LVP flooring in buildings 106, 615, 710, and 825 at Shaw Air Force Base, in accordance with the Statement of Work dated July 15, 2026. The work includes carpet and LVP installation, carpet demolition, floor preparation, cove base and adhesive work, and related labor and materials. Amendment 0005 reopens the solicitation to clarify pricing requirements. Offerors must use Attachment 7, Revised Pricing Worksheet Multi-Building Carpet and LVP, populate all highlighted fields, and must not alter, modify, or delete its columns or formulas. Pricing for CLINs 0001 through 0004 must also be annotated on SF 1449 and included with each offer. Offerors must acknowledge all amendments by completing Blocks 8 and 15 of SF-30 and returning one signed copy with the revised offer. Technical or administrative portions may be updated, not to exceed five pages, and failure to use the required pricing format and SF 1449 will result in elimination from further evaluation.
