Description
The State of Vermont seeks one or more contractors to provide weekly rental, delivery, inventory tracking, laundering, and replacement of linens and towels. Required rental items include T180 twin and full flat sheets, standard pillowcases, and white cotton bath towels. The contractor must maintain sufficient circulating inventory, replace worn or normally damaged items at no additional charge, and provide all-inclusive pricing with delivery to the ordering facility. The scope also includes cleaning BDU pants, BDU shirts, and blankets owned by the Vermont Criminal Justice Training Council Police Academy on an as-needed basis. Responses must include a cover letter, technical response, references for at least three similar customers from the last 12 months, a reporting sample, price schedule, signed Certificate of Compliance, and any applicable textile supplier certifications and supplier list. The contract is expected to run for 24 months with up to three additional 12-month renewal periods.
