Description
The Town of Ticonderoga is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified design-build firms and teams for two Downtown Revitalization Initiative projects: C1002998, Streetscape and Connectivity Improvements, including beautification of the Montcalm streetscape and a connection between Adirondack Drive and the La Chute Riverfront; and C1003000, enhancement of the La Chute Riverfront to promote its natural features. Respondents must submit a compliant MWBE Utilization Plan and commit to a 30% MWBE participation goal, consisting of 15% MBE and 15% WBE participation; waivers will not be accepted. The solicitation requires four complete hard copies and one electronic copy on USB in a sealed package, and emailed proposals are not accepted as the official submission.
