Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to acquire Valid8 Financial's commercial off-the-shelf financial investigation platform through a sole-source purchase order. The platform must support large-volume financial-record processing, automated extraction and verification, transaction reconciliation, forensic reconstruction of financial activity across accounts and entities, flow-of-funds analysis, source-evidence traceability, and visualization of financial information for investigations involving money laundering, illicit financing, illicit drug trafficking, fraud, and other complex financial crimes. The requirement includes software licenses, maintenance, and support for a firm-fixed-price purchase order. The stated period of performance is September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. Vendors that believe they can meet the requirement may submit a capability statement, although the notice is not a request for competitive quotations and the Government may decline to open the requirement to competition.
