The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for firm-fixed-price delivery of replacement and refurbishment components for specialized Workplace Modular Systems electrostatic-discharge benches. The requirement includes multiple custom ESD laminate bench tops and heavy-duty stationary bench components in specified dimensions and configurations, plus freight. The benches support electronics repair and testing and must mate with the facility's existing Workplace Modular Systems equipment. The procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside and requires delivery within 30 days after contract date or sooner, FOB destination. The notice states that Workplace Modular Systems is the only qualified source because it manufactured the existing benches and its components preserve compatibility, ESD performance, chemical resistance, and the facility's established tooling and configurations.
