Description
The City of Montreal is soliciting proposals for maintenance services at four facilities: the St-Donat Centre, St-Victor Chalet, the Promenade Bellerive Park Chalet, and the Archers Pavilion. The procurement is an open competitive opportunity for goods and services, and attendance at a site visit is mandatory. The estimated contract period is 36 months. No bid security deposit is required. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the identification specified in the solicitation documents and delivered to the City Clerk's Service at Montreal City Hall by the stated deadline; proposals will be opened publicly immediately afterward.
