The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting five 7-by-14-foot dual telescopic tandem-axle dump trailers, each rated at 17,600 GVW and equipped with skid-steer fork pockets. The trailers must meet the specifications in the Invitation for Bid and be delivered fully assembled and ready for use. The solicitation package includes forms concerning State Corporation Commission registration, small business subcontracting, subcontracting approval, normal and emergency contacts, manufacturer identification, and plastic materials.
