Description
Region 4 Education Service Center is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals and/or organizations for TEA-authorized board governance training and trustee development services. Vendors must be pre-approved and meet specific criteria to be considered for a contract. The tentative term of the project is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four automatic annual renewals, not to extend beyond June 30, 2031. Region 4 reserves the right to extend the project for an additional 120 days for business continuity if needed. Vendors are required to submit evidence of current TEA authorization and meet liability insurance requirements. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST via Zoom. Questions regarding the solicitation should be submitted through the electronic bidding portal by the specified deadline, and answers will be posted as an addendum.
