Description
The project involves selective removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment at the Main Lane Plaza 9 facility located at 1400 North President George Bush Turnpike, Carrollton, TX. Work includes demolition of one existing condensing unit and one air handling unit, installation of new split system heat pumps (condensing units and air handling units), new ductwork connections, rebalancing of the HVAC system, and installation of new A/C wall mount units. The contractor must provide temporary cooling during construction to maintain indoor temperatures between 68°F and 76°F. The project also includes associated electrical work, wall penetrations, patching, and touch-up painting to match existing finishes.
