Description
Region 4 Education Service Center is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for general printing services. Vendors must become an "Approved Vendor" by meeting pre-determined criteria and being awarded a contract. The tentative term for this project is from September 1, 2026, through August 31, 2027, with four automatic annual renewals, not to extend beyond August 31, 2031. Region 4 may elect to extend the project for up to 120 days for business continuity. The solicitation details various printing needs, including but not limited to, catalogs, newsletters, textbooks, banners, signs, letterheads, envelopes, and mailing services. Vendors are required to submit a comprehensive proposal including their qualifications, experience, service capabilities, methodology, staffing, and certifications. Specific forms and documentation, such as a Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295), Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (CIQ), IRS Form W-9, and a Certificate of Liability Insurance, are also required.
