Description
The Joint Task Force-Southern Border (JTF-SB) intends to award a sole source contract for the lease of an indoor, weatherproofed facility in Alpine, Texas to serve as a Role II(-) medical aid station and conference room. The facility must accommodate up to 25 personnel, provide storage for medical equipment including two side-by-side patient beds, dedicated latrine facilities, and supporting infrastructure (electrical, HVAC, plumbing). The contract includes a base period plus three option years, totaling 48 months, at a rate of $500 per month. The facility is essential for consolidating sick call, medical training, platoon meetings, and common area functions within the Big Bend Area of Operations.
