Description
The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) is soliciting bids for preventative maintenance, repair, and on-call emergency services for 18 backup generator units and 16 automatic transfer switches. Services include monthly and annual preventative maintenance, annual load bank testing at 75% rated capacity, steam cleaning, and unscheduled repairs. The contractor must provide 24/7/365 emergency response with on-site arrival within 90 minutes. The contract term is three years, with pricing fixed for each 12-month period. The solicitation includes a small business subcontracting goal of Good Faith Effort (GFE).
