Description
The City of Golden Valley is soliciting sealed bids for the 2026-2027 reconstruction of the existing tennis courts at Seeman Park. The work includes demolition, pavement reconstruction, concrete work, fencing and gates, tennis court equipment, court surfacing and striping, landscaping, and related improvements shown in the contract documents. Bids are due September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. and will be publicly opened immediately afterward. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The City Council is scheduled to consider contract award on October 6, 2026, at 6:30 p.m.
