Description
The City of Long Lake is soliciting bids for construction of the 2026 Sanitary Lining Project. The work includes furnishing all labor and materials for approximately 40 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipe removal, 40 linear feet of aggregate bedding, 75 sewer lateral linings, 40 linear feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 5,000 linear feet of 8- to 10-inch sewer pipe lining, and 30 manhole seals. Bids must comply with Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285 regarding responsible contractors. Bidding documents are available through QuestCDN for a nonrefundable $55 fee using Quest project number 10302086. Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days after submission.
