Description
The Finance Authority of Maine, as successor to the Maine Educational Loan Authority, is requesting proposals from qualified registered Municipal Advisors to provide financial advisory services for its tax-exempt alternative student loan financing activities. The engagement is scheduled to commence in December 2026. The selected firm will serve as Municipal Advisor for an initial three-year period, with up to two additional two-year contract extensions. Proposals must be submitted by email to the RFP Coordinator no later than 4:30 p.m. EDT on October 30, 2026.
