Description
The Finance Authority of Maine, as successor to the Maine Educational Loan Authority, is requesting proposals from qualified law firms to serve as Bond Counsel for its tax-exempt alternative student loan financing activities. The selected firm will be appointed for an initial three-year period beginning in December 2026, with up to two additional two-year contract extensions. The RFP and related documents are available through the authority's requests-for-proposals page. Proposals must be submitted by email to the RFP Coordinator by the stated deadline.
