Description
The Finance Authority of Maine, as successor to the Maine Educational Loan Authority, is requesting proposals from qualified firms to serve as underwriter for its tax-exempt alternative student loan financing activities commencing in December 2026. The selected underwriter will be appointed for an initial three-year period, with up to two additional two-year contract extensions. The RFP and related documents are available through the authority's requests-for-proposals page. Proposals must be submitted by email to the designated RFP Coordinator by the stated deadline.
