Description
The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified persons and/or firms to provide information technology support and maintenance services. This includes services for the Agency's servers and other information technology assets, such as computers, printers, tablets, and smartphones. The selected contractor(s) will also be responsible for purchasing hardware and software as needed, providing secure off-site daily backups, recommending and implementing cybersecurity practices, and ensuring all user licenses for office software are current. The Agency intends to make an award on an "as-needed" basis and may split the services among various contractors. Respondents are responsible for all costs incurred in preparing and submitting their statements. The Agency reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the statement format and to amend, supplement, modify, or withdraw the RFQ at any time.
