Description
The United States Coast Guard is soliciting original-manufacturer Mercury Marine parts for installation on 32-foot TPSB, 24-foot CBL/ATON, and 18-foot CB-ATON vessels. The price schedule identifies four line items: 20 sterndrives, five marine gears, and 10 additional sterndrives, plus 10 transom assemblies. Items must be individually packaged and delivered to the Coast Guard receiving facility in accordance with the applicable product descriptions. Vendors must be authorized Mercury/MerCruiser dealers because of engineering, warranty, and packaging requirements; third-party resellers are not authorized to bid individually. Packaging, preservation, marking, and barcoding requirements include MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129R, and ISO/IEC 16388. The proposal must include a cover page, completed price schedule, completed provisions, and acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendment 001 using the SF-30 or an acceptable separate electronic acknowledgment.
