Description
The Central New York Regional Transportation Authority seeks a contractor to provide minivan service for its Call-A-Bus paratransit program. Service is based in Onondaga County, with travel to Cayuga, Cortland, and Oswego counties as needed. The contractor must provide vehicles and qualified drivers for scheduled weekday, weekend, holiday, and as-needed runs; provide curb-to-curb or door-to-door passenger service and assistance; maintain dispatch contact and schedule adherence; and meet vehicle, driver, reporting, safety, and drug-and-alcohol compliance requirements. The contract also requires weekly invoicing and compliance with insurance requirements, including workers’ compensation, general liability, automobile liability, and umbrella coverage. The contract term is five years, from March 1, 2027, through February 29, 2032. MBE and WBE participation goals are each 15%.
