Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to provide passenger shuttle service for the Hocking Hills State Park Annual Winter Hike on January 16, 2027. The contractor must supply 12 buses, each seating 40 passengers, licensed drivers, driver radios, and fuel. Ten buses must be available at 8:00 a.m. and two more at 9:30 a.m.; service runs until the event is complete, no later than 6:00 p.m. Buses will shuttle hikers among park trail locations, with buses released as crowds diminish. The park will provide one radio for communication with park employees. Award is to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
